Please try on all items as soon as they are
received.
If you are unhappy for any reason with your purchase, we
will gladly refund your money, or exchange your item for
something else in our inventory, or offer you a store credit
if the following criteria are met:
1) The refund/exchange is post marked within 14 days of
delivery
2) The article is in new condition with all tags attached and in the original
packaging
3) The article is not soiled
4) The article has not been worn (other than to try on) or washed
5) The article does not smell of perfume
You have
14 days from the delivery date (as per the Canada Post
Website) to contact Ample Mama Maternity at returns@amplemama.ca to arrange for a return authorization number. When you receive
that number, your items may be returned by printing and filling
out the Ample
Mama Maternity Return/Exchange form and including
it with your item(s) to:

The customer is
responsible for all return postage. Items must be shipped
Canada Post or USPS (US Customers please
indicate: Canadian Goods – Returned Clothing on the
customs tag). We recommend shipping the parcel with insurance
and a tracking number, as we can not be responsible for a
returned item until we receive it at our location.
Refunds will be processed within three business days of
receipt in the original form of payment. You will receive
an email confirming that this has been done. Please allow
one billing cycle for the refund to show on your statement.
Exchanges will be done as soon as the item has been received.
If there is a problem with availability of a requested exchange
item, you will be notified immediately by email or telephone
and allowed to choose another item or opt for a refund. No
additional shipping charges will apply on items being exchanged.
AS AN ADDED BONUS, IF YOU CHOOSE TO ADD TO YOUR ORDER AT
THE TIME OF EXCHANGE, THOSE ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED WITH THE
EXCHANGED ITEM AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. This is a one time
only service offered on items that had a shipping charge
originally.
If the item you are exchanging for is more expensive than
the item you are exchanging, the additional amount will be
charged to the original card used for payment and the new
item will not be sent until payment has cleared.
Sale items and nursing pads are not returnable for refund
or exchange and are final sale. |
